Understanding  Stress, Anxiety, Panic, or Phobia

 

Stress, anxiety, tension, panic, and phobias  are fundamental to human experience – indeed that of all creatures. The instinct to fight or flee from perceived threat is built into DNA and basic internal brain structures and brain chemistry.
